1. 本校僅接受網路填表報名，請上學校網頁http://www.nychineseschool.org/home.html 填寫報名表後繳費。
2. 完成註冊後至課程第一週欲退費者需扣繳$50元手續費。第二週起恕無法退費。
3. 所有退費皆需持原始收據辦理。若無原始收據恕需付50元手續費才能辦理申請退費。退費支票必須由支票抬頭署名者，
以有效身分證件 (附照片)親自到校領取。退費支票簽發領取後，歉難補發。

2. Full amount of tuition refund will be
issued if a student withdraws by the end of the first week of the semester with
a $50 cancellation fee.
No
refund will be issued after the beginning of the 2nd week if a student
withdraws.
3. The refund check must be picked up by whom
the check is addressed in person, with a photo ID. No refund check can be issued
a second time.
