​​New York Chinese School is affiliated with Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association (CCBA) of New ​York, a parent agency of sixty civic & family associations in the New York Chinese community. All of these sixty civic and family associations are the Board Members of New York Chinese School, and the president of CCBA is the Board Chair of New York Chinese School.

There are sixteen Executive Board Members: seven "Permanent Executive Board Members" and nine "Elected Executive Board Members". The seven "Permanent Executive Board Members" include: Hoy Sun Ning Yung Association, Lin Sing Association, On Leong Merchants Association, Hip Sing Association, Chinese Chamber of Commerce of New York, Chinese Freemasons, and Chung Kuo Kuo Min Tang. The other nine "Executive Board Members" elected for the year of 2017.7-2018.7 are Lung Kong Tin Yee Association, Eng Suey Sun Association, Lee's Family Association, Chew Lun Association, Chung Shan Association, Hok Shan Society, Wong Family Benevolent Association, Hoy Yin Association, and Yang Ping Association.

​​紐約華僑學校隸屬於紐約中華公所，中華公所與其屬下六十僑團為紐約華僑學校校董會成員。董事長由中華公所主席擔任，七大侨團為「當然常務校董」，不需經過投票選出，分別為台山寧陽會館、美東聯成公所、安良工商總會、協勝公會、中華總商會、洪門致公堂、國民黨美東支部；另外九名「常務校董」每年進行投票選出，本屆當選常務校董為龍岡親義公所、伍胥山公所、李氏總分所、 昭倫公所、中山同鄉會、黃氏宗親會、鶴山公所、海晏同鄉會和恩平同鄉會。​​
